Tim was an Associate Researcher with CHIP’s Strengthening Democracy Project in the Summer of 2018 working on finding qualitative and quantitative measures of healthy democracies.
Tim has a Master’s in Public Policy from the Richard & Rhoda Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Berkeley. He specializes in studying social inequality, politics, and policy. He previously served in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer.
