Patty is Principal at Patricia Silvers/Executive Search and was previously Vice President at the Merrill Lynch Private Client Group (New York). She is a member of the Trustee’s Council of Penn Women and an honorary member of The Penn Fund Executive Board. Patty served as an Overseer at the School of Social Policy and Practice for 13 years and Reunion Gift Chair of the Class of 1972. For all of her support of Penn, Patty was awarded Penn’s Alumni Award of Merit. Patty also serves on the Board of UJA-Federation of New York, chaired its Educational Resources and Organizational Development Committee, and is an active member of the Open Tent and Community Relations Committees. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972, Patty earned an MBA from New York University.
